CA Ankit Raipuria

Ankit is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He is an All India Rank holder in CA PE II and CA Final exams. Having completed his articleship from Price Waterhouse, he served companies like Bharat Petroleum, UTV Movies and Walt Disney. Post serving these companies for 5 years, he now leads the Internal Controls, Audits, MIS Designing assignments. His out of the box thinking and speedy execution helps us cater all the clients in the deadline mentioned.

CA B H Jain

Having worked for almost 3 decades now he has seen it all. Mr. Jain started his career as a CA back in the early 80’s with assignment of getting internal control in place for a small company which happens to be an MNC now. Post which he has worked in all the fields be it internal control, finance, accounts, MIS, Taxation . For over Two Decades now he has worked as a head of Finance, Accounts and Tax in various organisations.

Mr. Jain has exposure of work in various fields right from Accounts, Finance, Strategy, Tax , Audit, Internal Control and has working experience in various industries like Chemical Manufacturing, Textile Manufacturing, FMCG ,Service & Real Estate.

He has held positions of CFO, VP Finance and President Finance in a FMCG conglomerate ,Real Estate Company and Service Industry.

It is under his mentorship that J K C A & Co. continues to grow steadily with his strong review mechanisms which keeps us aware of both the internal and the external environment.

CA Sameer Sonawane

With an experience of more than 15 years in Taxation; with a specialization in Indirect taxation and after serving at various middle management and senior management levels with the likes of Reliance Group, Idea Group, Disney, Capgemini and implementing Taxation Process, handling litigations and other allied areas he has chosen to consult the SMEs and Corporates into GST , its implementation and taking forward the compliances beyond that.

For the past 2 years Sameer has actively lead the transition to GST and its implementation with the companies where he headed the Indirect Tax Department.
